The Owner and senior advisor of Allegiance Mortgages is Graham Cole. Apart from being a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (MAQ - Mortgage Advice Qualification), Graham is also a qualified Financial Advisor (FPC - Financial Advisors Certificate), a qualified manager (DipMgt and CertMgt), a qualified Estate Agent (C.P.E.A and Cert.R.E.A) and has his Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Graham is also a certified member of the The Personal Finance Society (Cert PFS) and the The Society of Mortgage Professionals (Cert CII (MP)).

Based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, we are central within the country which gives us the opportunity to travel to most areas to make personal visits to our clients. If you live too far away, then we will ensure that you still get the same personal service that you deserve using the internet, telephone and post. We operate in a fashion that ensures that all our cases are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, no matter where you live. At present our client base ranges from the Shetland Islands down to Cornwall and N Wales over to E Anglia, so we cover every part of the country striking up relationships with our clients as if they lived in the same street. We also service the needs of clients around the world, especially expatriates living in the USA, Africa and the Middle East.

In November 2004, Allegiance Mortgages became directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority in a bid to keep it's independence. By becoming a member we have to ensure that at all times, our service is fully compliant and that we offer you, the client the best possible service possible. We ensure that you know exactly at all times what mortgage deals we are advising you in. We explain the jargon and disclose any fees that might be involved.
